No. Our cattle are raised without added hormones or routine antibiotics.
Grass fed means the animal ate grass at some point in its life, which is true for nearly all cattle. Grass finished means the animal was raised on grass for its entire life and was NOT switched to grain feed.
Our cattle are both grass fed and grass finished, which is rare for Wagyu produced in the United States.
We currently only ship to Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Utah, Idaho, Oregon, North Dakota, and Washington. We plan to add geographies as the business grows.
Yes, you must order a bundle. You can add single cuts onto any bundle.
We ship orders each Monday. We do this to make sure that your beef does not get stuck in a shipping warehouse over the weekend.
Our beef is stored at -20° Fahrenheit to preserve peak quality. Your cuts are carefully packaged on the day of shipment with ample dry ice to ensure they remain fully frozen throughout transit to your front door, with time to spare.
If you have any additional questions, please reach out to Wagyu@fourdiamondranch.com.
We aim to deliver your Wagyu in 2-3 days. Since we ship on Mondays, it should be delivered by the end of the week.
We are happy to process a refund if your beef arrives thawed or the vacuum-sealed packaging is broken. Please visit our Refunds & Order Help page for details on how to submit a refund request.
