Refund Policy
We strive for excellence in every aspect of our business, and your satisfaction is central to that promise. We take great care to ensure the prompt and diligent arrival of every order, but if something goes wrong, we are happy to process a refund.
To qualify, the package must be accepted upon delivery and clear photos must be provided within 24 hours showing the condition of the product. Refunds cannot be issued if the beef is frozen and vacuum-sealed at the time of arrival. Refunds will not be issued for orders placed to incorrect addresses or orders placed outside our delivery area.
