Shipping Availability

Four Diamond Ranch ships only within a two day ground delivery radius from Bozeman Montana. At this time, we ship exclusively to the following states:

Colorado
Idaho
Montana
Oregon
Utah
Washington
Wyoming
North Dakota

We do not ship outside of these states.

Shipping Schedule

We ship orders once per week on Mondays, excluding holiday weeks.

To be included in an upcoming Monday shipment, orders must be placed by 5:00 PM Mountain Time on the Saturday immediately prior to that non holiday Monday.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Sunday will ship the following eligible Monday.

Delivery Timing

All beef is stored at minus 20 degrees Fahrenheit and packaged on the day of shipment with sufficient dry ice to remain frozen through transit.

Customers should expect to receive their perishable package within 2 to 3 days of shipment, depending on destination and carrier routing.

Residential Delivery Requirements

Orders must be shipped to a physical residential street address. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Because our beef is perishable and shipped with dry ice, delivery must be made to a valid residential location accessible by standard ground carriers.

Remote and Rural Addresses

We ship only within verified two day ground service areas. Some remote or rural addresses, even within eligible states, may fall outside carrier two day zones.

If an address cannot be reached within a two day ground transit window, Four Diamond Ranch reserves the right to cancel and refund the order to protect product quality.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Four Diamond Ranch is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer. If a package is delivered to the address provided at checkout, we cannot replace or refund product due to address errors.
