Each Diamond begins with the centerpiece: 2 Ribeye, 2 Filet Mignon, or 2 Strip Steaks. From there, we layer in cuts that Wagyu connoisseurs appreciate—such as the Delmonico, Denver, Flat Iron, or Short Ribs—selected for their depth of marbling and flavor.

With every order, we donate ground beef to Montana families and include a few pounds for your enjoyment as well.

While the exact cuts may vary based on availability, each bundle is carefully selected to showcase the full expression of tenderness and flavor crafted in our Montana-raised Wagyu. The cuts in this box will always be valued above $300 when purchased individually.
